We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry, which is why we offer a 90-day free warranty on all our pieces. If your item has a manufacturing defect or breaks due to a craftsmanship issue during this period, we will provide free repair or exchange.

What’s Covered:

✅ Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use

✅ Issues arising from the production process

✅ Structural damage to clasps, chains, or settings caused by craftsmanship

What’s Not Covered:

❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or tarnishing of metal or pearls)

❌ Damage from improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force

❌ Lost or stolen items

❌ Repairs or alterations performed by a third party

Please note that while warranty repairs are free, customers are responsible for a $20 shipping fee to cover round-trip postage. We are not liable for damage or loss that occurs during transit.
