Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund, provided it has not yet been shipped. This allows you flexibility and peace of mind while your item is being prepared.

Custom & Handmade Items

As each piece is made to order and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom items. Please review all details (such as name spelling and finish selection) carefully before completing your purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Quality & Missing Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but please note that slight variations are natural in handmade items and add to their unique character. If your order is incomplete or has missing items, please contact us at support@sugarsugarpearl.com within 7 days of receipt. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly.
